Such nice sparkling dark blue TEX membrane mid-season shoes from Froddo! These quite street-credible glitter ankle boots have handy elastic laces and a Velcro fastener, which allows adjusting the shoes to fit the child's foot well. The wavy decorative line on the outer sides is reflective.

But when the shoes get soaking wet, the "effect" of the tex membrane between the upper and lining material may no longer be sufficient. For rainy days, puddle play, or generally prolonged exposure to wet conditions, it is advisable to wear definitely waterproof rubber boots.
